Why credits?
pick24 uses credits for its services as they can provide a scaled cost for organisations. If you are a small organisation you only pay for a few credits. If you operate a large organisation you obtain a discount for increased usage.
By using credits we can provide prices that are balanced for small and large organisations. We do not charge any signup fees or termination fees and we do not require term contracts. You only ever pay for the credits you require.
Why are some services free?
This is to enable our costs to be scaled fairly to all organisations. pick24 is focused on improving your recruitment processes. For some organisations this will mean frequent use of the system due to high staff turnover, for others this will mean only occasional use of the system.
By only charging for tests and interview guides, pick24 charges just for recruitment, not for prudent human resource management.
